"It makes one

benefited certain interests, when just days, months or years later they take a

Aurora official accused of disclosure violation

Colorado Ethics Watch filed a complaint Tuesday against Aurora City Councilman Ryan Frazier, saying he failed to file accurate information on his financial disclosures.
The complaint to the Aurora city clerk said he did not report leaving Raytheon for Avaya and later becoming a partner at Takara Systems, from which he says he receives no income.
Frazier, a Republican who is expected to announce soon his run for U.S. Senate in 2010, said he announced at a council meeting that he had switched jobs but failed to do so in his finance reporting.
