Ethics commission ordered to turn over recordings

DENVER (AP) - A state ethics commission created to increase accountability and transparency in government has been found in violation of the state's open meeting law by improperly meeting in private.
A ruling Monday by Denver Chief District Judge Larry Naves ordered the Independent Ethics Commission to turn over recordings that include conversations with its attorneys.
